Terms of service

All orders placed with Darkworks-Design.com LLC constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed at Darkworks-Design.com and below. All parts shall remain the property of Darkworks-Design.com until paid in full. If items were purchased from a retailer other than us, returns and/or warranty claims MUST be handled through that retailer. Darkworks-Design.com will only handle returns, exchanges or warranties with the direct purchaser. In some instances warranties or exchanges may be carried out with the respective manufacturer directly.  This is handled on a case by case basis.
